- Stéphane Blanchard is President of the US Region of Chanel, Inc. and a member of the Global Leadership Team, reporting to Leena Nair. He assumed the role in September 2023 and is based in New York. With more than 30 years at Chanel, Stéphane is a globally respected leader with deep expertise across Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry. Known for his strategic, people-centered leadership style, he has led large, complex organizations and delivered sustained growth across highly competitive luxury markets. Prior to the US, Stéphane served as Managing Director of Chanel Korea, where he led a period of exceptional performance and transformation, advancing talent development, culture, client engagement, digital and data capabilities, retail agility, and sustainability. Earlier in his career, he held Managing Director roles for Chanel Germany and Chanel Russia, further strengthening his international leadership experience. Stéphane is recognized for building high-performing, multicultural teams and for driving business transformation while remaining deeply committed to Chanel’s values, long-term vision, and brand excellence.
