Access to the Exhibitor Portal is granted exclusively to the stand manager designated during the registration process.

The stand manager is responsible for creating and managing all exhibitor badges directly through the Exhibitor Portal.
All team members attending as part of your company must be registered with exhibitor badges. Please ensure that no exhibitor registers as a visitor, as this may limit access and functionalities onsite.

If you need to update or change the designated stand manager, please contact your dedicated Sales representative, who will assist you with the update.

Yes, badges can typically be edited or reassigned via the Exhibitor Portal before the deadline. After this date, modifications may need to be handled onsite.
