- Jessica Snell serves as the Vice President of Research & Development at Papatui, the men’s skincare brand founded by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. A “secret marketer at heart,” Jessica bridges the gap between hard science and consumer connection, overseeing everything from formulation, packaging, and clinical testing to the brand’s professional healthcare strategy and consumer engagement. With over 20 years of experience at industry giants like Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson) and Mane Fragrance, Jessica has shaped the global pipelines for iconic brands including Neutrogena, Listerine, and Clean & Clear. Her fingerprints are on over 75 consumer products that reached the market, ranging from the Neutrogena Naturals line to pioneering light therapy devices to introducing sensory cues for consumers on Listerine. Most recently, leading the launch of Papatui’s Acne Fighting line and Papatui’s Facial Moisturizer SPF 30 Mineral Sunscreen. Jessica’s journey began in an apothecary-style pharmacy, where she first fell in love with the lab while compounding specialty OTC products. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry and an M.S. in Cosmetic Science.
