- Vinita Jayant is the Director of Product Development at Henry Rose, where she turns her obsession with beautifully packaged perfumes into high-performing, responsibly made fragrances and beauty products. She leads cross-functional teams from concept to shelf, making sure every bottle, every carton, and every detail is designed with people and the planet in mind. Her love of fragrance started early—sneaking into her mom’s perfume collection and developing very strong opinions at a young age—and has since evolved into a career blending science, creativity, and a serious eye for packaging that delights the senses. Originally trained as a pharmacist, Vinita pivoted into beauty to combine her technical chops with her love of storytelling. With over 14 years in the industry—including stints at L’Oréal and Juice Beauty—she’s spent the past six years at Henry Rose leading the development of award-winning products, including Allure Best of Beauty honorees, while championing sustainable, transparent formulations and Cradle to Cradle (C2C) certified packaging. Vinita is passionate about clean ingredients, circular packaging, and creating products that not only perform beautifully but also leave the world a little better—one gorgeous bottle at a time.
