- Lear is the Senior Director of Product at OneSkin, where she leads the full product development lifecycle, from formulation and packaging innovation to manufacturing and launch. She earned her PhD at Harvard University studying Cockayne Syndrome, a rare disorder that accelerates aging, and conducted postdoctoral research at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging on sex-specific differences in metabolic diseases. Applying her deep expertise in the biology of aging, she translates longevity science into products that improve skin health at the cellular level, while ensuring that every element, from formula to delivery format, meets the same standard of rigor as OneSkin’s research.
