- With nearly thirty years in the packaging industry, Ted is an established leader known for innovative primary packaging solutions. He began his career in package testing at a major cosmetics company in the mid-1990s, progressing to development and engineering roles with leading brands. After transitioning to the supplier side, Ted worked in Technical Sales, Consulting, Operations Management, and co-founded “The People of Packaging Podcast” before returning to the brand side of the business. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management. Ted is committed to quality, consumer-focused design, and mentoring future packaging professionals, always seeking ways packaging innovation can benefit businesses and delight consumers.
