- Sam O’Donahue is the founder and creative director of Established, a New York based design agency specializing in developing luxury brands. The winner of over 75 international design awards, including The Dieline Editor's Choice, The Pentawards Best of Show, five Clios, Art Directors Club Gold and four D&AD Awards, Established has become the world’s leading design agency in the beauty field, responsible for designing brands including Fenty Beauty, Rare Beauty, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Stonebrick, REM by Ariana Grande, H&M Beauty, Facegym, OneSize by Patrick Starr, Sarah Creal Beauty, POV Beauty, and many more. Originally from London, Sam received his degree from Central Saint Martins and set up Established in 2007. He lives in New York with his wife and business partner, Becky Jones, their three sons, and their labrador, Oshie.
