- Alexander Kwapis is a distinguished product innovator, boundless creative thinker, and collaborative leader specializing in the dynamic field of packaging design.. Over his impressive 13-year tenure at FusionPKG, established himself as a central figure within the company, earning global recognition by winning prestigious beauty packaging awards and securing exclusive product patents. In addition to his role at FusionPKG, Alexander serves on the Fast Company Executive Board, is a member of FusionPKG's Sustainability Council, and has previously held the position of Vice Chairmen of DFW-area IDSA (The Industrial Designers Society of America.). He is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council. Alexander's passion for sustainable solutions and exceptional leadership skills make him a standout figure in product design and development, continually shaping the future of beauty packaging. As Vice President of Product Design and development, he oversees all aspects of new packaging development, including innovation, mechanical engineering, creative strategy and package quality. His leadership extends to guiding FusionPKG as a vital member of the executive leadership team, and he also serves as a sales lead for training and technical selling, highlighting his extensive industry expertise. Alexander's journey began in graphic design but transitioned to a deep focus on product development, earning a BFA in Industrial Design from the Columbus College of Art + Design with a minor in writing.
