- Matthew is currently a partner and COO/CFO at Casa Komos Brands Group ("CKBG"), a platform holding company that specializes in creating and scaling consumer products globally and is the parent company of the luxury tequila brand Komos. At CKBG Matthew has led the company across finance, strategic planning, operations, organizational design, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing. Matthew was previously the Head of Special Projects at Human Ventures, a venture fund and start-up studio in New York City. Prior to Human Ventures, Matthew worked underneath the Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Muhammad Yunus at the Grameen Bank and was a founding team member of the Grameen America Social Business Fund. Matthew started his career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ghana, West Africa.
