- Ajay Kulkarni, Ph.D. is a Procurement and Packaging Technology leader with over 24 years of Consumer Products and pharmaceutical industry experience across Fortune 500 companies like Johnson and Johnson and L’Oreal. He is currently North America lead for Printing and Flexibles category at L’Oreal. Over the course of his extensive career, Ajay has led design development and commercialization of novel packaging solutions, executed multi-year category strategies for primary and secondary packaging components and delivered strong commercial success in several sourcing categories. He currently leads Sustainability initiatives involving PCR, decarbonization and regulatory compliance for these packaging categories to meet Loreal sustainability goals. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Flexible Packaging Association, a division of The Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) organization where he moderated several peer reviewed paper presentation sessions.
