The Hype Company is a fertilizer manufacturer and expert in biotech treatments that pride themselves on using natural sources. In launching a new liquid fertilizer, they reached out to Lavernia&Cienfuegos to develop a packaging design that would target a younger audience, most of which shop sustainably and have an interest in reusable containers.
Lavernia&Cienfuegos aimed to develop a creatively stackable container that could be used and stored in several ways while using and after using the product. The classic, interlocking plastic brick design reminiscent of childhood toys and construction sets was the perfect way to do so. Sticking to red, black, and white maintained its edge and modernity while still being playful and trendy.
