- Ana Espinosa is a proud sustainability leader and member of The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) Packaging Sustainability team. In her role, she partners closely with the company’s brands to integrate sustainability practices into their packaging initiatives, advancing ELC’s packaging sustainability commitments in line with the company’s 2020-2025 ESG goals. Leveraging her expertise, Espinosa helps pioneer sustainability-by-design approaches, identifies avenues for cost efficiency and collaborates with external partners, including suppliers, retailers, and key sustainability organizations, to drive impactful change and foster unforgettable consumer engagement through luxury packaging.
