Health and Safety
The Javits Center is among the safest venues in the country, featuring Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) STAR accreditation which is a gold standard of prepared facilities and demonstrates their commitment to the highest standards in cleaning and sanitization. In addition, the Javits Center has installed hospital-grade, High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters to improve filtration, with the entire volume of air in the venue exchanged five times a day.
September 10, 2021 Update: The Javits Center, a state facility, is requiring proof of vaccination for entrance to all events.
Proof of Vaccination IS REQUIRED to enter the show.
As of September 10, New York state has updated its guidelines, and all guests will now be required to show proof of vaccination to enter the Javits Center. In accordance with New York City and recently updated state guidelines, one dose of the vaccine is accepted, and acceptable forms of proof include your CDC vaccination card, a photo of your vaccination card, or a copy of your digital vaccination card on a vaccine app.
Masks or face coverings must be worn to enter the Javits Center and must be kept on in all areas.
Enhanced Cleaning and Personal Hygiene Stations
Continuous sanitization and cleaning throughout the course of the event, with a focus on “high-touch areas.” Hand washing facilities and sanitizing stations will be available throughout the event and in public spaces.
Your health and safety will always remain our top priority. We have been working closely with the Javits Center and health authorities to better understand which health and safety requirements may be in place at the time of our event and will keep this page updated as additional guidance is provided.
