COVID Health and Safety
Your health and safety will always remain our top priority. We have been working closely with the Javits Center and health authorities to better understand which health and safety requirements may be in place at the time of our event and will keep this page updated as additional guidance is provided.
The Javits Center is among the safest venues in the country, featuring Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) STAR accreditation which is a gold standard of prepared facilities and demonstrates their commitment to the highest standards in cleaning and sanitization. In addition, the Javits Center has installed hospital-grade, High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters to improve filtration, with the entire volume of air in the venue exchanged five times a day.
August 16, 2021 Update: While New York City requires proof of vaccination status for certain indoor venues, the Javits Center, a state facility, is not requiring proof of vaccination for entrance at this time.
Proof of Vaccination or COVID Test Required
All attendees must present proof of full vaccination status in paper form, digital application, or the State’s Excelsior Pass. Those who are not presenting proof of full vaccination status must instead present proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test result (i.e., PCR/NAAT within 72 hours or antigen within 6 hours prior to entering the building).
As required by current health guidelines, face masks are to be worn by all guests while indoors at the Javits Center, except while eating or drinking.
Enhanced Cleaning and Personal Hygiene Stations
Continuous sanitization and cleaning throughout the course of the event, with a focus on “high-touch areas.” Hand washing facilities and sanitizing stations will be available throughout the event and in public spaces.
