This IMMERSIVE experience will feature live, state-of-the-art biometric testing where attendees will learn to quantify design and predict sales pre-market launch.
Both eye-tracking and facial coding will be demonstrated, where attendees are welcome to participate and observe the technology in real time. The resulting data will assist brands and designers in crafting better products, where Hurley's team will demonstrate how biometric tools allows one to understand how packages compete for shoppers' attention.
Emotion testing will also run live - we will track the faces of the attendees, through a camera-based device, and analyze the 42 muscles - translating positions to a specific emotional state (happy, sad, excited, disgusted, confused, etc.) 30 times per second. We will show how these data feeds help brands and designers craft better products, understand more about their own packaged goods, and how to leverage biometric tools to better understand how your products will complete within the competitive array.
