Lindores Abbey Distillery repurposes dunnage wood for new launch
Scotland’s Lindores Abbey Distillery is gearing up to launch its 1494 members’ release, a limited-edition single malt scotch whisky that takes its design cues from Lindores Abbey, where the distillery is based.
Lindores Abbey Distillery has come full circle with its 1494 members’ release; the whisky is displayed on a wooden plinth fashioned from the same wood on which the casks rested while maturing. Managing Director Andrew McKenzie Smith worked with Edinburgh-based Nevis Design on the project.
